Welcoming Carrisa Basham as our new Executive Director

We are pleased to share that Carrisa Basham joins Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation today as the new Executive Director.

Carrisa is an experienced health care leader who is passionate about helping people get the care they need, when they need it. Throughout her career, she has led strong teams and worked closely with health authorities, government practices, physicians and health care leaders across British Columbia to create new systems and programs designed to improve both patient experience and access to care.

Carrisa holds an International Master of Health Leadership from McGill University and has a background in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. 

Over the next few weeks, Heather Scott will be working alongside Carrisa and the Board of Directors to ensure a smooth transition. We thank Heather for her work as Executive Director for the past six years, and wish her the best in her retirement.
