Several local groups benefit from an online 50/50 lottery with the next one taking place in late September.
Split the Pot is a licensed lottery that teams with charities and other organizations throughout the province.
The local participating groups include Langley Community Health & Hospital Foundation (formerly the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation)'; BGC South Coast BC (including the Langley club based at Douglas Park Community School); Habitat for Humanity of Greater Vancouver, which includes the ReStore in Langley City; and Special Olympics BC. Ticket buyers can choose to direct their ticket sales to a participating organization or share them among all partners.
Each month half of the total ticket sales are split between 13 jackpot winners with the other half going to support the work of 20 charities across the province.
Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age and physically located in British Columbia at the time of purchase. Prices range from 10 tickets for $15 to 400 tickets for $100. Add-on tickets are available to participate in the weekly Early Bird draws.
As of Wednesday morning, Sept. 3, the jackpot was $100,000. The August 2025 grand prize winner received $32,322. The entry deadline for the latest Split the Pot grand prize draw is Sept. 24. All lotteries in this province must adhere to BC Lottery Corp. rules. Learn more at bc.splitthepot.ca.
